To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友去開深水埗, 突然間想試鐵板飯, 就上去西九龍FOOD COURT食, 都係食返平時個款鐵板牛肉煎蛋飯如果要同pepper lunch比, 都係牛肉方面差少少, pepper lunch啲牛肉就係仲生嘅, 之後自己炒返熟, 生熟程度可以自己調較, 至於依度嘅牛肉拎到返埋位時已經熟晒, 仲要有啲貼住個邊, 會變得好硬....個蛋就咁打係側面, 比較易燶, 如果打係肉上面會好啲.依度平pepper lunch十幾蚊, 仲要有野飲, 其實要求唔高, 都唔錯~
