To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次用團購價試試孖麵套餐，雖沒有大驚喜但也冇失望。二時許進入了店子立即找到位置，只感覺冷氣較為不足，等待不久食物來了: 平凡的麵大小賣相算是壯觀，蝦子撈的蝦子很香口可惜敗筆是奉上蠔油是要自己撈的，而加上蠔油冇鮮味就缺乏了靈魂，再者講下三寶麵，雲吞水餃比吃慣的細小，亦少了應有的大地魚味所以有點失色。其次雲耳配的醋酸得較寡，比較可取的是伴餐的兩小杯甜醋飲料，香濃濃的黐纏著喉嚨良久的，此外還須讚麵質彈牙及冇鹼水味，的確取回不少分數。這套餐賣$60很足夠兩人吃，團購價較正價超值得多，可是如果要用正價去吃還是欠了很好的驅動力呢。
