To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去了沙田Ikea 食dinner 。兩個人6：30pm前都唔使等位，7點後就要慢慢等。雖然平日但都多一家大細去食和shopping.叫了拼盤，薯格，意粉，肉丸，菜餅。菜餅第一次食，味道不錯。肉丸感覺上細粒左但我必食，薯格超值，大大碗。下次想試下三文魚。性便價比高，但食完要立即走，好多人等位。
