今日又去咗安泰餐廳食晚飯,,今日就嗌咗碟豉油雞半隻,小炒王同豆腐班腩煲。 因為嗌咗兩個小菜所以佢都有送埋餐湯,飯同餐前小食。小食日日都唔同,今日就係依個豬手。豬手有少少酸,十分之開胃,食落去仲有微微嘅八角香,真係食唔停呀。佢哋嘅豉油雞都幾大隻,肉質嫩滑,唔會煮得太老,肉有多,咬落去好起勁,簡直係啖啖肉,豉油調味又香,送飯簡直一流。小炒王都落咗幾多料,有韭菜,魷魚,大蝦,小蝦米,銀針魚,腰果等等,鹹鹹地,又香又好味。豆腐班腩煲就中中挺挺,其實同出面嘅餐廳都差唔多,正正常常。價錢嚟講其實都算貴,呢幾碟嘢就要280蚊接近三百蚊。一個月食一餐半餐真係夠喇,咁既價錢我其實寧願出去食一啲特別少少嘅西餐廳,可能都係同一個價。
