To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從跳出了新界區後, 也很少到沙田了, 因為沙田的人流仍然是無論平日或假期都極之多的地方, 加上沙田一田正直翻新工程, 改到我也不知怎樣走, 哈哈, 不過友人帶路, 找得到翡翠拉麵小籠包, 一起享用上海菜, 沙田區來說價錢算是平易近人而又吃得飽! 而餐廳也正推櫻花蝦菜式, 好幾款也很有水準.我們都是愛吃上海菜的, 尤其花雕醉雞~ 十分讚的是雞皮薄而滑, 雞肉也是嫩嫩的, 花雕味濃郁, 連平時不愛吃的朋友也吃了兩件~ 特別喜歡大大件而均稱的茄子, 配上甜甜的醬汁, 一口咬下, 茄子肉與汁完美混合, 正! 必不可缺的是上海小籠包, 果真是包皮餡靚, 湯汁鮮甜, 肉質鬆軟. 很多人會於鮮肉鍋貼與小籠包之間兩選一, 因兩款也屬澱粉質, 但兩者於口感上已展不同, 沒有後悔來一碟, 因為外層香脆的鍋貼包著滿滿的湯汁!接著就是4道櫻花蝦菜式, 第一道- 櫻花蝦翠玉瓜絲, 櫻花蝦的多得好震撼! 翠玉瓜絲既爽且甜, 與香口的櫻花蝦很夾.  店員把這碗端來時, 我幾乎看不出是甚麼, 因為櫻花蝦多得把麵條也遮蓋著, 對於食客來說, 這是極好的事~ 吃時必須徹底拌勻, 雖然麵條本身都沾了蔥油, 但也建議再拌一

店員把這碗端來時, 我幾乎看不出是甚麼, 因為櫻花蝦多得把麵條也遮蓋著, 對於食客來說, 這是極好的事~ 吃時必須徹底拌勻, 雖然麵條本身都沾了蔥油, 但也建議再拌一拌, 蔥油味很香口, 麵條軟硬度又剛剛好, 看起來非常簡單的兩種食材, 卻是如此的美味.

我明, 我承認, 這煲百頁結烤肉確是肥仔菜, 烤肉即五花腩肉, 紅燒方法處理, 烤肉的多餘油份已完全逼出, 剩下是煙韌的皮軟滑的脂肪層, 不要想太多, 就這麼連肉一起咬下, 就嚐到那美妙. 百頁結也是讚的, 平常吃過的很硬, 但這兒的夠軟淋, 吸盡烤肉的汁.

飲品方面, 我們點了蝶豆花椰果檸檬特飲及凍檸檬薏米水, 賣相來說, 絕對是蝶豆花取勝, 但論味道, 是薏米水的好.
