今日來到深水埗食呢間好多分店嘅餃子店,其實都成日喺唔同嘅地方見到,一直都扚起心肝食,始終覺得連鎖舖頭嘅質素會唔會唔係太好呢?但深水埗嘅圓方餃子我真係食過好多次想食吓第二間,咁就試伏嘅心態去嘗試啦,首先佢間鋪真係好乾淨,喺觀感上真係加咗好多分數,價錢亦都好公道,喺我心目中餃子一定要係韭菜餃,冇計呢個係北方嘅傳統,所以我就叫咗12隻韭菜餃套餐,揀最傳統嘅清湯,因為我想食到新鮮餃子嘅鮮味,加咗個油菜同埋凍豆漿,可以先講講個餃子,真心驚喜,佢係最傳統嗰隻厚皮,點解會話係厚皮好呢?因為喺高溫烹煮過之後嗰啲豬油就會溶咗落去韭菜嗰度,薄皮就會好易煮到佢爛啲肉汁流走,厚皮就可以完美鎖住啲豬肉嘅汁,加上佢嗰啲豬肉嘅餡料係冇雪櫃味,因為好多舖頭佢包落去嗰下係新鮮,但係佢嘅材料都係雪住,而佢呢個處理得好所以佢就冇呢個問題,真係值得一讚,至於油菜就正正常常冇乜好講,但佢哋嘅豆漿真係唔啱我口味,有別於我哋由細飲到大個隻,味到偏淡口冇乜豆味,鹹魚青菜,各有所愛。
