朋友又帶我試新野,超愛既我哋最鍾意周圍搵牛食😍哩間係佐敦既小店只係得幾張枱,自助售賣機點菜付款的。都有唔同牛既部位選擇,亦有網燒/石燒選擇。😋封門柳 250g $218封門柳: 其實都等於牛柳,比較林,石燒可以自己控制生/熟既程度,封門柳油份比較多,所以都相對多油,所以石燒上既時候好多油彈出黎。外表好似好熟但其實裡面仲係好juicy架,但牛味唔夠出。😋牛肩 180g $118平時打邊爐多數都叫手切手肩位置,我覺得比較好食。今次都叫左黎試下,份量冇封門柳咁多,但睇落都唔細舊,有肉汁,但都係牛味唔夠出。😋套餐包埋白飯,沙律,餐湯。不過唔係任食果隻。沙律: 都係新鮮既沙律菜+日式沙拉汁餐湯:羅宋湯,唔辣果隻,偏甜日式口味白飯:日本米,日式飯我比較鍾意加飯素,即係有d芝麻紫菜肉鬆就最好,所以我就問姐姐有冇,佢另外比一碗紫菜飯素比我,就窩心❤️以哩個平民價錢食哩個質素都算抵,唔洗加一。雖然店鋪細細,但都有好幾位靚女姐姐貼心招待,裝修亦以白色為主,感覺好乾淨舒服。食完都唔會有太油煙味係身,證明通風做得唔錯。除左牛,都仲有豬同雞既選擇,值得一試。⭐️⭐️⭐️(5星為滿)52C Medium Rare (佐敦

😋封門柳 250g $218

封門柳: 其實都等於牛柳,比較林,石燒可以自己控制生/熟既程度,封門柳油份比較多,所以都相對多油,所以石燒上既時候好多油彈出黎。外表好似好熟但其實裡面仲係好juicy架,但牛味唔夠出。
