To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 焗豬扒飯，係呢度嘅皇牌之選，除豬扒大大塊外，有蕃茄醬，鮮蕃茄，雞蛋及蔬菜，用料均平衡，不多不少，豬扒肉質軟，有嫩口感。令到整個熱辣辣嘅豬扒飯好好味。中湯，青紅蘿白湯，味清甜，老火湯味，不錯之選。羅宋湯，蔬菜多，酸味重，帶少少咸味，好飲。什扒飯，牛扒，豬扒，漢堡扒，香腸，黑椒汁。牛扒細細塊，梳打粉味！豬扒一大塊，石頭般的硬。一分錢一分貨，不過不失。奶茶，茶味奶味剛剛好，有量有度，工業式做法但有質素，香港味道的奶茶。
