To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我就向來都係粉麵愛好者貪佢又平又抵食又飽肚營養價值亦較高😝而平靚正嘅粉麵亦正正代表香港基層嘅生活寫照起步於平民區深水埗嘅 #大家食係真正嘅本土品牌自1998年成立陪伴住一代又一代香港人成長相信大家對金槍人呂先生嘅大名一定唔會陌生佢哋堅持每日新鮮製作手攪麵同削搖麵20幾年來絕少加價今日依然用30幾蚊就可以食到一碗麵真係打工仔同學生嘅恩物❣️******************************🍜村村住家鍋麵呢款湯麵已經包一款餸菜有成30幾款任君選擇配料有齊紫菜、海帶、雜菜同韭菜麵底當然就必點招牌手攪麵啦🥰每日都新鮮製成誠意十足㗎麵質比食開嘅米線幼細但就更香口同彈牙仲好索汁添❣️湯底揀咗麻辣湯少辣味道幾開胃唔算太辣我哋另外再加配咗幾款餸菜成碗麵非常豐富呀😆男朋友話一定要試呢度嘅咸腩肉肥瘦分明份量仲好多而海膽蟹籽丸較為罕見一啖咬落去爆晒餡好juicy😝仲有豬油渣同滑滑麻辣雞翼尖食完真係超滿足呀❣️🥢皇牌炸醬撈麵食完湯麵緊係要試埋佢哋嘅皇牌撈麵同樣揀咗佢哋招牌嘅手攪麵麵條特別掛汁令每條麵條都有適當嘅調味配料有炸醬、花生、芽菜同青瓜絲撈埋一齊食味道啱
