To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走進呢間有種街坊暖意嘅食店, 我點咗幾樣招牌菜試吓。先講講嗰砂鍋雲吞雞翅煲, 啲雲吞鬆化得嚟仲有蔬菜嘅清新, 竹笙同素燒雞加埋煙燻味, 咁配合到湯底變得更加惹味。冰梅醬猴頭菇就正到爆, 酸酸甜甜一啖啖都係驚喜，叫人停唔到口👅。至於焗香芋腐球飯? 咖喱味道掛住飯粒，香芋同腐球個絕配令我食指大動，椰汁白汁融合得啱啱好，不會太甜，珍珠筍仲帶點童趣，食落真係開心到彈起🍚🌟。啲菜式嘅份量都幾合理，一家大細嚟食都啱哂。當中啲菜都無咁落油，食落去唔會覺得膩口，好適合追求健康嘅我哋。啲菜味道正宗之餘，又真係有種傳統港式小店嘅地道感覺。總括嚟講，呢間店確實係為食客帶來咗一種平民價格之下嘅高質素享受。食得開心，啱晒想搵啲香港味嘅食客！👍🥢
