To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這個星期六，到了金鐘準備轉巴士入赤柱。來到金鐘，打算吃一個午餐才進赤柱，而金鐘的PP午餐會令人貴得有點嚇怕，便來到這個平民化一點的Can-teen吃快餐。星期六的下午1時，已經不算是繁忙的時間，所以人數都不算太多，可以接受。點了一個油雞飯，師傅幫忙送了一隻油臂給我，十分驚訝!! 油雞不算太肥，咬下去，肉都十分滑，配上醬油味，都相當不錯，很入味。配上飯吃，是一個不錯的配搭。而混上飯吃的醬油都令飯十分香，但卻帶有一點點太油膩的感覺。檸檬茶方面，茶味十分香濃，配上檸檬十分合適。吃飽後，便飽滿地出發放假休息的日子。
