To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

-🔸雲吞湯 $38🔸醬拌皮蛋 $20🔸蒜泥白肉 $37-平時諗唔到食乜都會揀食米線，呢間雲桂香好多分店，總有一間喺左近。今晚收工獨獨食又唔想自己煮，又嚟買咗幾款小食返屋企自私食。平時食開米線嘅我，今次第一次試佢嘅雲吞湯，有成六隻大大隻嘅雲吞，餡料包嘅係新鮮菜肉，飲埋湯成個人都暖粒粒啊！然後仲有唔少得必點嘅皮蛋，用酸酸辣辣嘅醬汁涼拌，食落開胃又惹味啊！另外仲有蒜泥白肉都係必點之一，半肥瘦嘅豬腩肉，加埋勁多生蒜蓉，超重口味但我勁鍾意啊！
