To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「大家見面大家食，大家食麵見大家。」，聽說大家食就快換新logo，今次我哋兩個就襯住"金槍人"老闆頭標誌未換之前嚟「大家食」旺角分店試吓味道J唔J得過啦。😝今次我哋叫咗兩款麵🍜第一款係「番茄湯手攪麵 配 牛腩蘿蔔/過山雞🐔」。 色澤金黃嘅過山雞肉💛，咬落輕微鬆脆嘅雞皮，肉質細膩，加埋濃濃嘅煎油香味配番茄湯底嘅酸甜味🍅非常吸引，牛腩炆得夠淋夠入味，手攪麵爽口彈牙唔會煮過龍，咁嘅價錢食如斯質素💕，真係抵到爛🤤。第二款係「麻辣削搖麵🔥 配 牛肚/炸雞翼🐥」。為咗遷就非常“食得辣嘅我”🙋‍♂️，所以我哋就揀咗~小辣~，食落唔太辣，有輕微麻辣香😋，湯底味道唔錯，骨湯加咗腩汁令味道非常濃郁🤤，削搖麵類似刀削麵，但麵身夠薄易夾👍，牛肚一樣非常入味，炸雞翼炸得通透鬆脆冇過火🐣。最後😈仲有個隱藏boss，就係附送嘅辣菜脯，辣得香口又過癮，正😝🔥（想試嘅朋友記得要剔✅紙上空格呀～）
