To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ikea自助形式舒服自在，慢食又得，速食又得，耐唔耐都會去幫襯下。當晚9點去到都仲係滿座，再早啲就要等位喇。餐廳光猛，唔算寬敞，隔離枱嘅對話可以清楚聽到。講返嘢食先~我同老公兩個人叫咗三樣嘢。瑞典凍蝦沙律($39)。豐富足料，有蝦，菜，車厘茄，粟米，橄欖，蛋。啲蝦細細隻，咸咸地。沙律加咗沙律醬會好更味，整體不過不失。瑞士肉丸($20/10粒)。次次都會叫。就咁食會太咸，配薯蓉或者紅莓醬就perfect喇。記住去自助醬料區加呀~蘑菇班戟配乳酪($26)。新嘢，第一次食。有驚喜，好足料，班戟軟綿綿，蘑菇汁好香。配埋酸味乳酪可以減低油膩感。旁邊仲配一堆沙律菜。希望可以成為常設食物。總結係，食物質素中上，兩個人食一百蚊有找仲想點！
