To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酸辣湯雲吞的雲吞有5大隻，每隻也塞得滿滿的蔬菜跟豬肉餡料，因是較大隻關係，吃後也相當飽的，而酸辣湯的味道也相當濃郁，內裡有木耳絲、鮮竹及竹筍絲等，而酸度及辣度的比例剛剛好，份量也多～蒜香排骨菜飯的炸排骨很足料，排骨足足是一隻大碟的大小，份量十足，外層炸得更是非常鬆脆，內裡的排骨肉鬆軟有水份，加上炸蒜後，味道更添惹味！茅根甘蔗水也是很好喝的，味道香濃，清甜滋潤，冷凍的溫度也剛剛好，入口舒適，相當解渴！

茅根甘蔗水也是很好喝的，味道香濃，清甜滋潤，冷凍的溫度也剛剛好，入口舒適，相當解渴！
