To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間嘢經常都爆場，雖然唔係好好食，不過都叫不過不失。以前見係打邊爐為主，潮流轉變下已經變咗蒸鍋。今晚都係嚟食小菜，叫咗三寶餐，躉仔兩食，一個炒甜豆，一個蒸，兩個菜都唔錯，魚唔鞋。個燒鵝就唔錯，皮都算脆，不過唔記得影相。再嚟個龍蝦伊麵，因為正價叫唔係餐，所以麵底夠大，不過龍蝦係原隻上，味道麵唔錯。仲叫咗蒜蓉蒸蟶子，都係唔記得影相，不過好似蒸過咗，有D韌，蒜茸粉絲係OK嘅。另外仲有番茄湯什菜魚腐，呢個都係唔錯嘅。
