To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次食平的，就選左這家工廈巷仔內的"秘藏"食府。頭盤就來個經典港式早餐—餐蛋多。咬一口脆多士，配上滑蛋，簡直係絕配！蛋汁微微流出來，依家諗返起都覺得滋味滿分哦！翻轉心情，揀咗個乳酪通心粉。喂，通心粉煮得啱啱好，軟硬適中；肉丁啱勁，添上少少熔滲滲的芝士，單純但滿載驚喜🧀。又點可以錯過甜品？西多士嚟喇，熱騰騰，塗上金黃色糖漿，一啖落肚幸福爆燈💡！然之後，撐都要提提你哋，佢個火腿粒粟米湯通心粉，同埋沙嗲沙爹味的豚肉通粉都係焦點款，咸香中帶點濃郁滿意，真是令人一試難忘。肠仔🍢🍢哩度食物色香味俱佳，都係跟得上時代口味，喺這個小角落搵到這樣的美味，真係幸福。食得健康，食得開心，重點係重溫咗一下小時候食茶記的記憶，幾好呀！呢間，食完就會掛住，各位下次通過記得要過嚟捧捧場！🍽️💫
