To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次是近中午時間去試,叫了一杯柚子青檸梳打飲品和石頭牛肉鍋飯,食後感是飲品蠻不錯,飲完想再來一杯而牛肉石頭鍋飯就記憶中嘅味道是可意接受但唯獨是系牛肉咬極都唔爛有渣要成塊吞,第一次感覺不算太差,可以再來一次的(唔想一次就定生死)。所以今天突然再來一頓晚餐, 來一次喜歡嘅石頭鍋飯(豬肉),韓風香酥炸雞和熱大韓生薑蘆薈茶,餐後感石鍋飯味道無突出嘅表現(撈好所有醬料)豬肉有點鞋,炸雞外觀和表面醬汁是ok的但雞肉是無味的(無醃過),而飲品是整頓飯嘅之最不太甜和生薑粒多夠辣(我比較喜歡),總括食物嚟講系平平淡淡,服務生態度有進步空間...., 要再去的話會嘗一下西式餐品。
