壽司郎的壽司飯煮得好恰到好處,有啲Q彈,但又唔會太硬;海鮮都好鮮美,尤其係吞拿魚壽司。至於茶碗蒸,佢哋嘅湯汁真係好濃郁,令人一啖之後就想再嚐多幾口。加埋啲蔥花、蝦肉、蛋黃等等,口感好滑嫩,真係一道好適合作為開胃菜或者主菜嘅料理。火炙芝士三文魚壽司,口感柔軟,結合了燒烤的香氣,非常美味。而壽司飯也煮得十分入味,配合起來味道很協調。在壽司上面的cheese非常濃郁,口感滑嫩,還有微微的焦香味,與三文魚的鮮美完美融合。整道壽司既有鮮美的海鮮味道,也有cheese的豐富口感。
