To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好平，但食物質數將貨就價，不是以往我們在這裡吃五百元平曰lunch的水準。所以，大家不要有太大期望，但二百六十元一位包加一，仍是好低食。鮑魚酥水準依然，真的很正。我們致電阿一，因滿坐，被安排坐炊公館，仍可叫七折阿一鮑魚餐，食物是從阿一拿過來，所以仍屬阿一。環境舒適，有海景，原本service 幾ok的，但明明炊公館仍有很多空枱，只是12pm食到1:40pm, 卻被炊公館西装似男經理的職員迫早點埋單，說已夠鐘，「差唔多要走架啦」。可能認為咁平，無得賺，所以明明無客也不想我們坐太久！此態度真的扣分。
