To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 台式飲品喺香港可以話興左10幾年,由細細個嗰陣時幾乎獨市嘅「仙跡岩」,到而家香港處處都係嘅台式飲品,除咗珍珠奶茶,仲有水果花茶,甚至有更多更多有gimmick嘅台式飲品,有啲係杯水果花茶有多種顏色,造成漸變嘅效果;有啲係連珍珠都唔只得黑色,係有彩虹色;台式飲品嘅變化真係層出不窮啊!不過對於我嚟講,飲過咁多間台式飲品都係最鍾意「天仁茗茶」除咗佢最基本嘅珍珠奶茶(3分糖少冰)之外,我都好鍾意佢嘅香芋奶綠(3分糖少冰)♥️佢係有啲香芋蓉係入面,令到簡簡單單一杯奶綠都加上咗口感😋正!
