今日去開九龍灣做嘢,當然要食個靚早餐先返工!今日叫咗個經典早餐 — 沙嗲牛肉米粉 配 煎蛋紅腸牛角酥($34),終於都食到我想食嘅幼米粉,真係唔係間間茶餐廳都搵到㗎,呢度唔會煮到太淋,有口感得黎又可以掛湯,但沙嗲牛肉既肉質偏淋,無咩味道。除左常見既通粉、公仔麵,如果唔鍾意食米粉仲可以揀意大利粉同螺絲粉。配菜方面係7選2,今次叫左既煎紅腸有成五塊,烤牛角酥超酥脆。另外,個人強烈推薦奶油豬,烘得又熱又脆,牛油同煉奶一啲都唔吝嗇!
