等了又等,每天不斷避開劇透,終於到我看美國隊長3的周末。7pm這樣尷尬的開場時間,還是早一點到了尖沙咀先吃東西,慢慢逛陣商場等入場也不失一個挺好的安排。選了又選,還是決定去吃拉麵。來到日本廣島過江龍的霸嗎拉麵,記得之前看雜誌說霸嗎的招牌濃厚豚骨湯底由日本直送,而拉麵也照著日本秘方製作,由湯到麵,都是看似很厲害的那招。周末的下午,人龍是預期之事,還好拉麵店的用餐時間不太長,大概等了15分鐘便入座了。正當平常拉麵店的紅色燈籠是放在店外之時,這裡卻在樓底超高的店內拉起兩排的燈籠,氣勢十足!當然也不少了旁邊超大幅的壁畫,也相當吸睛!在店內的裝潢最常見的是「最強濃厚」與「醬油」,不懂日文也知道這店最引以為傲的是其濃厚醬油湯底吧。在廚房旁邊可看到自家打製麵房,可惜這個時間並沒有師傅在裡面施法呢。餐牌背面大概是用日文寫著湯底及味玉的製作,但又有幾多香港人會看得懂?雞叉燒味玉雞白湯拉麵 $88雖說最強的是濃厚豚骨湯底,但我卻對雞叉燒更有興趣。平日吃拉麵的配料離不開豚叉燒,這款拉麵卻將雞肉代替豚肉扎成肉卷。近1cm厚的雞叉燒既有雞扒口感,肉味香濃而又不失腍滑,教人回味!雞白湯入口清甜而不膩,細滑有嚼勁的

我家那位則點了「最強濃厚豚骨湯底」的炙燒豚肉味玉拉麵。偷呷一口湯頭,濃稠之中散發馥郁豚香,雖然不知是否最強,但絕非浪得虛名。
