開始第二段食品，有新菜式及完美的甜點米芝蓮名菜－松露金褸衣味道是很香松露菌，但下面的南瓜片略硬一點朗豪炸子雞一羽母后最愛的一道，雞肉及雞皮做到嫰滑多汁及皮很脆，伴碟的蓮藕片吃像似薯片火焰紅酒什菌黑豚肉，味道偏甜，但唔係甜到極鮮蟹肉百花釀姬松茸用蝦膠包起松茸同煮而底下的菜苗很嫩，蟹肉很多大滿足明閣鮑魚粒炒飯很好乾身好食蝦籽鮑汁撈麵很多蝦籽但鮑汁略咸 XO醬乾煸羊柳條用大量XO醬，少許辣佐飯一流菜式是日選了母后最愛的生日壽桃包，成個權頭咁大、蓮蓉很嫩滑及圓粒蛋黃還流出黄油整體表現服務及食物傻優勝，上菜快，是加茶水方面慢了點，不及我同同事第一次來的快
