有一段時間沒有來JW 了, 剛好這天是課程最後一天完結。天氣超好中午陽光普照。到黃昏來到金鍾依然係夕陽光照穿透大玻璃直入酒店cafe廳堂。那個看似屏風式嘅沙律吧同甜品區依舊不變。蛋糕甜品款式眾多未必全部都好好食但好多都有玻璃罩罩住感覺衛生。這次發現自助餐有炸魚皮食同紫菜食算係有點創意而且炸魚皮都是新鮮炸出來的。主菜肉眼扒等廚師切至中心時才出去拿。肉的中心嫣紅。但牛肉味則一般的吧！羊架肉質稍稍偏硬但還是燒至剛剛好的。最出色的要算是蝦的食物。無論係普通嘅烚蝦凍食, 蝦球伊麵, 即煮雲吞嘅鮮蝦都完全ok. 但雲吞生麵係還未煮透身的是事實如果生麵能煮透身的話那將會是爽口彈牙的麵質現在是浪費了食材。甜品方面的蛋糕大部份唔太甜。蛋糕造型都算唔錯。
