To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聯和墟地方不大，要數食肆卻是數之不盡，林林總總想食麥有麥，今日就特意來食個早餐連午餐，庭軒一聚係聯和墟都有拾多年，食物質素算不錯。😋😋🍴早餐 $34我選來了一份早餐，包括有雞肉腸米通，我喜愛食米通口感比較傳統通粉爽口，湯底香濃加多條生菜有點兒時在家食通心粉感覺。跟餐配搭粟米奄列牛油法包，煎得富蛋香奄列內藏頗多粟米一點都不吝嗇。☕️跟餐加 $6 升級即磨咖啡。其實即磨咖啡大部份餐廳都採用，如果不用加錢就更佳。🍴午餐 - 豬扒蛋包飯 $47睇到都開心蛋包飯有二個茄汁心心，一大清早真的是賞心悅目，嫩嫩的雞蛋包實芝士粟米炒飯，粒粒飯香粘實芝士非常可口，豬扒入口鬆化肉質軟稔，非常滿意一餐。🍹凍檸茶早餐選擇可真多，睇到有點眼花撩亂。每人 $43.50 對早餐來說有點貴，午餐比較抵食。
