To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實言師傅以前開果間壽司之神係二零年都有去過果時同事請食飯係我人生第一次食omakase餐廳之前都講過話係見城俊二幾個徒弟開左用左日本宗師壽司之神個稱號黎命名餐廳而家裝修左裡面環境都唔同左個lunch set就揀左壽司13貫有茶碗蒸同前菜之後就係壽司時間章紅魚帆立貝鯖魚白魷魚深海池魚天使蝦中拖羅松葉蟹螢光魷魚赤身馬糞海膽出事啦成件撻左落檯好彩師傅都有整過另一件仲話呢種情況都耐不耐會發生咁打圓場不過覺得自己7左就無影到件新既甜蝦最後係炙燒迫出魚油既右口魚第一次食omakase坐吧檯對住師傅真係會拘謹不過師傅整得從容同行友人又食得開心可能餐廳地方細吧檯位唔多基本上只係做到兩三組客人師傅當時大部份時間都係應付我地大家都互有交流咁我第一次既體驗係愉快既食得好舒服亦唔會因為跌左海膽而好尷尬味道黎講未食過咩天價貴野我覺得呢十三貫壽司已經好滿足每一件都感覺良好最後係有味噌湯仲有甜品抹茶布甸呢個omakase set只需要三舊水我覺得就好L抵hi食物同氣氛都好價錢又抵雖然見好多人又話佢門面污糟又話食到肚屙我自己就覺得唔錯既不過呢個已經係兩年前既價而家裝修完加到420

坐吧檯對住師傅真係會拘謹
不過師傅整得從容
同行友人又食得開心
可能餐廳地方細
吧檯位唔多
基本上只係做到兩三組客人
師傅當時大部份時間都係應付我地
大家都互有交流
咁我第一次既體驗係愉快既
食得好舒服
亦唔會因為跌左海膽而好尷尬
味道黎講未食過咩天價貴野
我覺得呢十三貫壽司已經好滿足
每一件都感覺良好
