環境5分:高級日本料理餐廳格局,全部吧檯位,個個望住廚師表演,非常之有日本氣氛,可以畀五分!衛生5分:廚師張枱非常整潔乾淨,砌之前又抹,砌完之後又抹又洗。配料樣樣放入個樽入面。魚生個雪櫃係透明玻璃面嘅木盒,可以見到入面嘅材料,非常新鮮,可以畀佢五分。服務5分:樓面服務員笑容好,講解簡潔,快手快腳,仲不斷加茶,滿分。味道5分:1) 汁煮白梅貝非常之鮮美,唔使用力就可以成條炆出嚟,食落完全冇沙,全部部位都可以食落肚。2) 胡麻豆角落咗D芝麻醬非常開胃。3) 壽司盛盤上面已經有牛蒡,薑,同蕎頭,食完師傅就幫你添加,全部都好爽。4) 深海池魚好清香。5) 赤貝好鮮色,因為加左青檸汁,好彈好清新。6) 平靜魚好滑溜,好清甜。7) 牡丹蝦非常大隻,好鮮甜,見到師傅好畀心機將蝦腸撩曬出嚟,非常乾淨。8) 鰹魚魚油唔係好多,魚味好濃但係好light。9) 師傅將太刀魚燒左一陣,話係要迫左D魚油出嚟,個魚面好脆,魚肉好有油香。10) 池魚唔使燒已有油光,D肉好彈,加左薑蔥食個魚味仲出。11) 北海道銀雪魚壽司呢個配搭真係特別
