To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境5分:高級日本料理餐廳格局,全部吧檯位,個個望住廚師表演,非常之有日本氣氛,可以畀五分!衛生5分:廚師張枱非常整潔乾淨,砌之前又抹,砌完之後又抹又洗。配料樣樣放入個樽入面。魚生個雪櫃係透明玻璃面嘅木盒,可以見到入面嘅材料,非常新鮮,可以畀佢五分。服務5分:樓面服務員笑容好,講解簡潔,快手快腳,仲不斷加茶,滿分。味道5分:1)     汁煮白梅貝非常之鮮美,唔使用力就可以成條炆出嚟,食落完全冇沙,全部部位都可以食落肚。2)     胡麻豆角落咗D芝麻醬非常開胃。3)     壽司盛盤上面已經有牛蒡,薑,同蕎頭,食完師傅就幫你添加,全部都好爽。4)     深海池魚好清香。5)      赤貝好鮮色,因為加左青檸汁,好彈好清新。6)      平靜魚好滑溜,好清甜。7)      牡丹蝦非常大隻,好鮮甜,見到師傅好畀心機將蝦腸撩曬出嚟,非常乾淨。8)   鰹魚魚油唔係好多,魚味好濃但係好light。9)      師傅將太刀魚燒左一陣,話係要迫左D魚油出嚟,個魚面好脆,魚肉好有油香。10)  池魚唔使燒已有油光,D肉好彈,加左薑蔥食個魚味仲出。11)  北海道銀雪魚壽司呢個配搭真係特別
