To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食海鮮慶祝生日，屯門三聖村的海鮮出名新鮮又唔貴， 我地就揀咗買海鮮去南記食飯。由於我地一早已訂枱, 所以當日我地去到唔使等位，我地預訂了半隻燒鵝， 一到步燒鵝即上碟，熱熱的燒鵝入口， 比起出面其他的店鋪真係好味, 但我覺得比起佢隔離的X記就差少少鵝的香味!   (食得太快, 忘記影相)我地六個人,  我地買咗琵琶蝦、大扇貝、奄仔蟹、花螺、瀨尿蝦、花竹蝦俾南記加工, 真係炒得好好味, 尤其係芝士焗琵琶蝦，一啲都唔溜，好入味! 推介!
