其實我都幾鍾意黎莆田,最近又係開始食蟶子既季節,梗係要過黎試下😍,$198 有兩款~~✨見隔離枱好多人都點左呢碟青bb 既野,原來係冰浸苦瓜,砌到成朵花咁幾靚。刀工真係超薄,menu 話2mm 厚,真係薄到透光。食落其實唔係好苦,點埋個蜜糖水食,甜甜甘甘涼涼,幾清新幾特別。😚就算唔鍾意食苦瓜我覺得都會接受到。如果個蜜糖可以杰番d, 應該更加正。✨莆田扁肉湯($22): 廿幾蚊碗都幾抵食,個湯清清甜甜有d 紫菜味。仲有一粒粒好似mini 版既小雲吞,皮好薄好滑,個饀都唔錯,食完都飽飽地😂✨莆田荔枝肉($89): 個樣有d 似生炒骨,但個味無佢咁酸,反而有淡淡荔枝既甜味。食落真係啖啖肉,外皮少少脆,唔會太熱氣。荔枝真係好好食,好香甜juicy~~唔夠喉✨薑蔥炒蟶子: 估唔到佢size 係幾大隻,好少食到d 蟶子係咁鮮嫩飽滿勁多汁😍😍😍。索埋薑蔥既香味無得彈,如果有豉椒炒應該仲正。✨鐵板鹽焗蟶子: 鹽焗蟶子都係第一次,呢款size 細隻好多。個鐵板超熱,灘左陣隻蟶子都係keep 住由個心熱出黎🤭。本身有諗過d 肉會唔會好韌,點知食落去係好有彈性,而且個鮮味勁過薑蔥炒,真定食到果蟶子個原汁原味

✨興化炒米粉($82): 係我每次必點之一,因為個米粉真係好幼口感好鬆化。個脆脆紫菜我最鍾意,佢d 料又多,有蝦,蛋,花生,菜,肉片,乾蔥,蜆。份量多又飽肚,而且味道好豐富😍第二度真係食唔到呢種米粉👍🏻
