To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 經常都外賣，第一次試堂食，套餐已包飲品，平均六十蚊左右有交易。先到收銀處下單付款，再等待送餐。店舖不大，座位不多。堂食不需另加一服務費。台灣鹽酥雞肉燥乾拌麵 $64麵線幼，好軟好滑，感覺不太合適作拌麵。說是肉燥，不如說是滷肉比較適合。拌勻後，麵線食落比較黏口，醬油味甜甜地，肉很淋，肥瘦均勻，不過整體份量不多。鹽酥雞有6件 ，粉漿脆，雞肉嫩，灑上椒鹽，有台灣的味道。另有半隻滷水蛋或一棵小唐菜。香酥炸雞腿便當 $68雞腿不算很大隻，但炸得很脆，肉很嫩。便當配有辣菜哺、粉絲、紅蘿蔔、椰菜、滷水蛋半隻。賣相拼色相當吸引，但飯不多，菜哺少烤辣，很惹味，拌勻食用口感豐富。附送茉香綠茶，少少甜，解膩不錯。
