呢間位於彩虹嘅過江龍台灣小食店丁爸食府,雖然店面唔係好大,但佢來頭不小,今年仲榮獲米芝連嘅名譽,所以我哋專登都嚟試一下。蚵仔煎:佢哋粉漿調配比例得宜,口感食得出有煙韌Q彈嘅口感,因為加埋蛋一齊煎,所以為其增添多一份蛋香。入面包住嘅蚵仔隻隻都大大粒又飽滿,再配埋佢哋惹味嘅豆瓣醬就更能突出蚵仔嘅鮮味。炸臭豆腐:臭豆腐嘅臭味好濃,佢哋炸緊都經已離遠都聞到,炸得非常之香脆,佢哋仲加埋台灣泡菜嘅辣汁,令臭豆腐變得更加惹味之餘,仲更加好味。起司蛋餅:蛋餅餅皮較薄身,有濃郁嘅蛋香,入面嘅芝士可以拉絲,同蛋餅味道好夾。滷肉飯:嚟台灣小食當然要食滷肉飯啦,滷肉用嘅肉肥瘦均勻,食嘅時候有陣陣嘅油香肉香,而滷肉汁好香甜,用嚟配飯一齊食就一流。
