今晚黎到荃灣搵食平時好少出黎呢頭,朋友介紹呢間New York Diner環境好chill,所以黎試下。一入到去已經好American,裝修好美國風,好多塗鴉藝術,好自由風的感覺。 睇一睇Menu先。題外話:個碟幾簡約之前睇過食評見好多人推介啤酒雞,梗係要試試佢由於係即叫即焗,所以等左差不多二十分鐘。一上枱,見到原隻雞上。開頭以為會好鞋口,點知又唔會喎!雞肉出奇地嫩滑,油香滴落下面的薯條同蔬果,食唔停。皮脆肉嫩,推介!主菜加左$25配湯同野飲,今日係薯仔湯。之後再食個BLT Burger,即係美國牛肉漢堡配薯條。本身好中意食牛,所以食burger一定揀牛堡。用藤籃上枱,份量十足,薯條份量亦好多。Burger的包面好脆身,牛肉幾juicy唔會太散,半溶芝士加晒分。但塊生菜離奇地大塊牛肉好厚身,蕃茄同生菜令成個burger無咁膩。店員亦推介鵝肝安格斯牛漢堡,但實在太飽所以無試到。之後再食左個豬肋骨小食拼盤,有半份(6條) Ribs加豬肉腸,辣肉腸,同一大堆薯角。Ribs唔會太乾,但略嫌燒得唔夠皮脆。呢間餐廳份量真係好多。兩個人食兩個主菜加頭盤,飽到行唔郁。仲有兩杯特飲,藍色個杯係海洋梳打
