To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很不錯的車仔麵

5月23日早上要去金鐘高院辦事，中午時打算坐叮叮去湾仔甘牌吃燒鵝做午餐，誰知門口大排長龍，要等十多張枱，於是行過去298附近，見到一間明明車仔麵，裡面都有很多人，喜歡吃車仔麵的我就決定入去試試。點了最基本的魚蛋豬皮牛腩，端上來，喝了咖哩湯頭，很不錯，而且價錢合理，關鍵是吃完不可以口渴。後來晚上證實系無口渴。整體來說，味道很不錯，很少吃到這樣的車仔麵，因為湯頭不容易攪和不容易不下“師父”，這店是可以再來吃的。
