To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年三十晚我家年年都叫盆菜,以往會買另一間快餐店的,但今年呢間有得訂,以前無的,而且又有套餐包一盆炸野同一盆糯米飯,所以便試試。點知,中招!除左糯米飯真係好食外,個盆菜裏面的食物都好硬。鮑魚仔硬,芋頭硬,菜硬,瓜硬,蘿蔔硬。。。想點呀?!除了隻豬手林些外,其他野都唔好食,無味道之餘真係硬到食唔到!盆炸野都係,凍冰冰,粉多過肉,外貌完全分唔到邊舊係豬,邊舊係雞,邊舊係魚!甘既質素,我地以後都唔會再訂呢間呀!
