To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. I was recommended by a friend and decided to try it! By the time I got there, the staffs were very friendly and polite, and the restaurant was very clean☺️
all lunch sets come with a drink, salad, vegetables, rice/udon, and dessert. There's about ten types of soup base to choose from and I had the seaweed soup which literally tastes like water😂but the good thing is that it can keep the original taste of the meat😋Overall the food is very fresh!! I personally like the Kumamoto pork belly the best bc I didn't expect the texture can still be that soft by cooking in the pot for such a long time!😋
