📍最近去咗銅鑼灣一間日本高級餐廳🇯🇵,入面裝潢好日本風,仲備有壽司吧檯可以睇住師傅即時整俾你食👀,不過我地一行五人方便傾計就無坐吧檯啦。餐廳有一間私人房間,房間入面都有壽司吧檯架,如果想多啲私人空間包場就啱哂👨‍🍳。可能因為係即叫即整嘅關係要保持食物同服務質素吧,所以檯嘅數目唔算好多,記住想食就BOOK定檯先啦📞。辛苦工作一個星期,星期五嘅晚上同朋友喺一個咁relax嘅環境之下吹下水食下野💦,真係好chill🏖 除左環境一流,服務都十分之好👍🏻,侍應有講解同介紹美食俾我地,每道菜上菜時都有教我地個次序同埋點食係最好。除左自動自覺refill茶之外☕️,仲適時幫我地成杯茶換左添(因為有時掛住吹水杯茶已經凍哂,點refill都係凍),但我最欣賞嘅係我地食緊果陣係俾綠茶我地,到我地食哂係換左紅茶俾我地幫助消化,真係好貼心❤️!! 超級加分🥰🥰🥰shabushabu 🥘($250) 配有雜菜盤🥬、手打稻庭烏冬同埋甜品。湯底有四個選擇,「鮮濃鱲魚湯」、「日韓風味泡菜湯」、「壽喜燒」,同埋我揀左嘅「昆布鰹魚清湯」🐟。肉就另外叫的,我地叫左「日本黑豚肉西冷」🐷($350)。個肉好爽脆,雖然哩個terms

日式炸雞 🐥($98) 好鬼正! 個雞肉好滑好新鮮🤤🤤,但外層炸得好脆,調味亦都超惹味! 而個雞都配左個醬,個醬有D似蛋黃醬帶少少酸,超開胃! 我地食完一碟,到最尾吹水果陣太好味又叫多一碟慢慢食! 極度推介!💯💯💯

三文魚籽壽司 🍣($60@) 三文魚籽好新鮮,每粒都好飽滿,淨係見到個樣已經流哂口水🤤! 入到口成個口都充滿哂粒粒三文魚籽,超有口感! 粒魚籽唔會輕輕一壓就爆哂汁,超有彈性! 即使有哂心理準備爆汁之下,都俾啲汁多到嚇親🤤🤤🤤

銀鱈魚西京燒 🐟($188) 個魚燒得好香但都仲好滑,個魚充滿魚油香味,超正der❗️❗️❗️就算放到凍左食,都仲keep到好香好滑,唔會變到有魚腥味👏👏👏
