To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前見過呢間堂食同外賣都多人，今日就去試試點知落完單之後，見到有兩隻曱甴，廚房內處理食物嘅職員，無戴口罩都唔緊要，咳都唔避，直接咳晒d食物上面，我叫左個豬軟骨定食，連前菜同刺身壽司，前菜正常水準，刺身壽司飯係熱嘅，同埋係爛飯，又太多壽司醋豬軟骨飯變左豬軟骨湯烏冬，烏冬湯底勁咸，粟米無味，蟹柳，烏冬，食得出全部係平價貨仲要等我20分鐘，我食完晒，我朋友個刺身飯都未到真係唔方再有下次，好失望未去過嘅朋友，可以唔洗去試
