To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

寫字樓落去周邊最近太古城屋苑海南雞飯，叫左個文華海南雞飯 $112.名就好似好勁。冇加一服務，去counter排隊比錢，坐低放電子感應，做好就會有人自動送上餐，包一杯飲品。上枱一set好靚整齊，可惜食落海南雞冇味道，3款沾醬亦唔好食，海南雞橙色醬偏淡味道，薑蓉連咸味都冇。飯是暖，湯唔熱。唉～……去食太興切雞飯好過。飲品叫咗即磨咖啡，咖啡非常劣質。 揀無可揀，也不要去。坐位坐得唔舒服，快餐店形式，枱與枱之間坐得近， 感覺侷促。
