在情人節前夕,男友除了送禮物之外,一餐豐富的晚餐當然不少得,他真是好有心思,知道我喜歡食日本菜,一早預訂枱食晚飯,他真是安排週到。 今晚除了我及男友之外,我們更相約了外兩位另一對小情侶友人一共四人來到預祝情人節及食晚飯,開懷舉杯暢飲痛食一番,熱氛也馬上熱鬧起來。 晚上6時我們就已經來到,而且安排了坐近窗邊的沙發位置,可以一邊食飯一邊觀望街景真是美好的事情,未落單前,店員放上了一份自家創作壽司就是「五行壽司」,贈送要求要預訂四位先可以有。由左至右分別是「金、木、水、火及土」,賣相小巧精緻美麗,可見師傳的心機不少,放置在有櫻花圖案的扇形碟子上,看起來好似正有五朵嬌滴滴的不同的花朵正在盛放著,真是令人賞心悅目。「金」卷物旁沾上黑芝麻,卷物上放置拖羅、海膽、蔥花及金萡,高雅大方,一陣陣的蔥香及海膽的甘香在軟綿拖羅中散發出來,拖羅肥美中更有咬口,透過不同程度的味道口感層次好似複雜,也是好特別的口味令人難以忘懷。「木」其實是蔥花火炙三文魚粒卷物,卷物旁沾上紫菜碎,三文魚肥美輕輕火灸過更散發魚油香,再撈了芝麻醬香惹而有少許酸味,味道都好特別。「水」是水蜜桃甜蝦壽司,一隻甜蝦捲起及蝦的底部加了一
