喺九龍城餐廳林立嘅地方, 每日都座無虛席, 想要入去都要等一等 因為餐廳內每一道菜式都係廚師精心製作, 設計菜色時亦都深思熟慮, 之後發現原來廚師以前係Ritz Carlton度做!High tea set煙三文魚紅菜頭多士橄欖油加上刁草,配上香煎過嘅煙三文魚麵包, 麵包香脆 ,煙三文魚 配上橄欖油, 成件事好夾,好creamy,而且仲有番茄莎莎, 口感豐富至極蟹肉炒蛋配煙燻希靈魚子醬迷你竹炭多士煙燻過嘅魚子醬,味道更出更鮮甜, 清甜嘅蟹肉 加上香滑蛋香味嘅炒蛋, 香滑柔軟 但係有口感清新, 加上熱哄哄嘅竹炭多士, 味道更上一層迷你雜莓可麗露有冧酒內涵嘅集會可麗露, 咬到內心嘅時候, 盡顯精華合桃朱古力布朗尼濃濃嘅朱古力味加上香脆可口嘅合桃, 唔算好甜,但朱古力味很出,提子乾及原味鬆餅有個自家製嘅clotted cream 同果jam, 外脆內鬆, 熱辣辣香噴噴茉莉茶清香嘅茉莉茶,淡淡花香 ,好清新,而且好潤喉白酒Garganega有白桃和蜜瓜清香味嘅白酒, 食high tea 後 味道更出
