中午食飯,跟同事去了位於石門的京瑞廣場內的蒸廬。有名你叫蒸廬,顧名思義一定是以蒸為主,這裏主打的是燉湯,籠仔飯及點心。我跟同事各點了一個燉湯,天麻川芎白芷燉魚頭湯及猴頭菇螺片燉瘦肉,前者有藥材嘅香味,後者有猴頭菇螺片等湯料,全部真材實料,燉湯非常清甜,完全無味精。點心全部是即叫即蒸,所以熱辣辣非常新鮮。蝦餃大隻,外皮很薄,蝦肉爽口彈牙。燒賣有大大隻蝦肉,豬肉不會太多肥膏。魚肚冬菇雞扎用料十足,雞扎大大包。瑤柱蝦米煎腸粉跟平時出面食既完全唔同,腸粉超多蝦米及瑤柱,煎得香脆又軟滑。籠仔雙菇雞粒飯,飯粒軟硬適中,有冬菇粒、雞粒及菜粒一起蒸,飯吸收了食物的味道,所以變左有味飯。點心價錢跟酒樓差不多,不過免茶免加一,比較抵食。
