To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

必試芝士粟米水餃🥟估唔到深水埗都臥虎藏龍，有咁多日美食隱藏咗喺度。睇落平平無奇嘅一間餐廳仔竟然要排隊，好彩唔使排好耐，入到去個叔叔好有禮貌，介紹我哋點樣落單。餐廳非常環保♻️，用marker不及膠板可以循環使用👍🏻我哋叫咗兩餸麵餐$35包飲品咖喱魚蛋豬肚幼麵走瑞士湯汁一碗有三粒咖喱魚蛋，味道正常，豬肚淋得嚟帶爽脆，幼麵份量適中，不過瑞士汁唔太夠味。不過可以任食辣菜莆🌶️，加埋落去非常惹味😋牛腩芝士腸米線配牛腩汁牛腩炆得淋身，芝士腸有成五條👍🏻，牛腩汁濃味個湯底都好好飲😋最有驚喜係個芝士粟米🌽煎餃子🥟，呢個非常好食，煎出嚟個賣相已經好靚，$42/8隻，食落口仲有拉絲嘅感覺😍，我個女係咁食，一邊話好好好味😋

咖喱魚蛋豬肚幼麵走瑞士湯汁
一碗有三粒咖喱魚蛋，味道正常，豬肚淋得嚟帶爽脆，幼麵份量適中，不過瑞士汁唔太夠味。不過可以任食辣菜莆🌶️，加埋落去非常惹味😋
