忙完一個星期,終於到星期五,可以輕鬆一下,去了中環的白鬍子炸魚薯條食野。一見到店名,就知道炸魚薯條出名。炸魚薯條有幾款味道,點了Signature Fish and chips, 醬汁就是Honey Mustard。炸魚外層夠薄身,吾厚粉,而魚肉幾彈牙,與蜜糖芥末好夾。另外,鍾意食青口,特別點了Beer Mussel Pot。一窩有成十四五隻青口,份量算多。肉質吾會乾和硬,幾嫩滑。仲加多一個Garlic Butter Sweet Corn, 這個好耐無食,令人回味。
