最近我去咗一間叫做金玉滿堂嘅餐廳,佢哋呢排推出咗唔同種類嘅雞煲,有唔同種類嘅海鮮真係好吸引,所以我即刻叫咗份雞煲嚟試佢哋細份招牌花蛤海蝦雞煲嘅雞煲要388,但係超級足料,有勁多蝦,花甲同雞肉裏面,仲會有菇同洋蔥作為配搭。佢哋全部都煮得好入味,令人食完一啖又一啖。另外我哋仲加$60去加配佢嘅花膠,當佢嘅花膠加入埋去炒之後,非常之軟腍彈牙。食咗咁多咁肉之後梗係要食返啲菜啦,所以我地叫咗金銀蛋浸娃娃菜,佢嘅湯底頗為清淡,所以同濃味嘅雞煲變到一鹹一淡嘅平衡,係是一道很好的搭配菜。最後依度居然有鹹檸茶真係好爽,飲住鹹檸七,食住雞煲,非常之寫意。
