To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蒜蓉包名不虛傳，焗得香脆係基本，最出色係上面既蒜蓉醬，未食過咁好食既蒜蓉包另外，餐湯都好飲羊膝係個意外驚喜，肉同醬汁好夾，好少食到咁好味既羊膝好多人係openrice推薦醬燒豬肋骨，但食落感覺有點伏。肉身好硬，醬汁唔夠惹味，口感一般。一定無下次跟餐送埋甜品，呢個chocolate mousse都幾好食，好滑晚市兩個人叫兩份主食（羊膝同醬燒豬肋骨），每人加五十蚊跟餐就包餐湯、蒜蓉包、甜品同餐飲，埋單$480。如果醬燒豬肋骨都係好味既話就抵食啦！
