To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早知華星冰室好出名但今日終於去左灣仔試果然係掂!叫左兩個常餐: 轉叉燒通粉,炒蛋多士+凍奶茶先講個炒蛋多士炒蛋金黃色,睇落已經吸引,一食,好好味!!! 炒到8成熟,一咬落去仲有蛋汁必出黎,仲帶有甜味,而家去澳奶都食唔到呢個水準而個多士就係冰室出名嘅厚多啦啱啱喺多士爐出黎,咬落仲熱辣辣,夾少少炒蛋同兩塊火腿入去食,絕配!!至於個通粉又係抵讚! 普通茶記啲通粉多數浸到淋哂冇哂口感,華星嘅通粉係彈牙架!!! 好開心 可惜啲叉燒就..比較韌haha 得一兩舊係冇渣地成舊咬到吞落肚杯凍奶茶都唔錯! 好濃茶味,冇比啲冰溝淡哂一定會再黎架food is rly nice

先講個炒蛋多士
炒蛋金黃色,睇落已經吸引,一食,好好味!!!
炒到8成熟,一咬落去仲有蛋汁必出黎,仲帶有甜味,而家去澳奶都食唔到呢個水準
而個多士就係冰室出名嘅厚多啦
啱啱喺多士爐出黎,咬落仲熱辣辣,夾少少炒蛋同兩塊火腿入去食,絕配!!
至於個通粉又係抵讚! 普通茶記啲通粉多數浸到淋哂冇哂口感,華星嘅通粉係彈牙架!!!
好開心
可惜啲叉燒就..比較韌haha 得一兩舊係冇渣地成舊咬到吞落肚
