To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日到金鐘工作。一行四人諗唔到去邊到食午餐。其中一朋友話佢係元氣會員。係諗唔到食咩嘅情況下。我地去咗食午餐。去到嘅時候門口滿滿都是人。幸好的是我們大概等了十分鐘便可以進內進餐。我們都點了午市定食。午市定食包了八件壽司。一個沙律及一碗麵豉湯。元氣嘅壽司從來唔會令人失望。食得出佢係新鮮。而且款式種類都算多。叫一個餐可以試多種唔同嘅壽司。沙律食得出青瓜新鮮，咬落去非常爽口。撈埋啲蟹籽一齊食有一種特別嘅感覺。麵豉湯就比較咸咗少少
