Jollibee係1996年香港有第一間,嗰時我啱啱出世,之後都冇機會食。今日測完驗就同朋友順路黎左灣仔間jollibee。我哋兩個人總共叫咗一個筒餐同埋一個一人餐。平時想食炸雞既時候多數都會去K字頭快餐店。但係經過今次食完之後,我諗如果我突然間想食炸雞,第一選擇係jollibee,因為佢啲雞真係炸得非常之咁出色。首先,皮薄香脆,唔會話太厚一舊舊。另外,肉嫩多汁,咬左一淡之後啲雞仲係非常熱,熱氣漂緊出黎,唔會話好似放左係度好耐攤到凍曬。依個肉醬意粉上面滲左一大堆芝士粉,撈勻之後肉醬非常夠,而且仲見到有啲似碎咗嘅腸。整體味道唔會話太鹹反而仲有少少蕃茄嘅甜味。粟米方面相信佢一開始就加咗少少牛油喺入面,所以味道唔會話太淡。個人認為好味過其他快餐店。薯蓉嘅薯蓉汁唔會話太辣,非常適合小朋友食。之後仲叫咗個鮮忌廉通粉湯。個湯唔會話太「杰」,通粉硬度適中。從此以後,咁多快餐店之中,jollibee 成為咗我嘅最愛,非常後悔之前一直冇試過jollibee。
