To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 粥底火鍋的生菜吃出兩隻蝸牛,第一隻下到鍋裡我才發現,圖片裡的是第二隻,剩下的菜葉也不敢再檢查。明明看起來是水洗過的樣子結果這麼令人觸目驚心,請負責洗菜的工作人員上點心吧,此店的食品衛生安全令人感到擔憂。此外牛肉片肥到無法下口,幾乎一半都是肥肉,配上清淡的調味更是讓人難以下嚥,唯一值得肯定的是用的不是合成肉。餐廳應該好好把握出品保持品控的穩定,畢竟60元一份的餐也不算便宜還是在連鎖快餐店,再多花十元多走100米就能吃到出品很棒也衛生的定食了。以後不會再來這家店。
